Job summary

Saint-Gobain Ecophon in Tadley is seeking a highly organised Sales Co-ordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. You will manage customer orders from enquiry through to delivery, acting as the central contact for customers, Area Sales Managers and internal teams.

This role focuses on accurate order processing, price validation, despatch coordination, and providing a responsive service by phone and email.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with confidence to engage with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a customer service, sales support or administrative role.
• Strong IT skills, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Accurately processing customer orders, ensuring correct pricing, delivery and documentation.
• Managing orders through to despatch, working closely with logistics and supply teams.
• Keeping customers and Area Sales Managers informed on order progress and updates.
• Handling customer enquiries via phone and email, delivering a professional and responsive service.
• Resolving order, delivery and invoice queries promptly and effectively.
• Raising credit notes in line with agreed procedures.
• Maintaining accurate records and systems for order tracking and reporting.
• Building strong working relationships with both internal stakeholders and external customers.
