Job summary

Owls Hall Environmental Ltd in Essex is hiring a full-time Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in a supportive office. You will handle customer queries, manage orders and quotations, schedule appointments and assist the external sales team to identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with incoming customer queries, obtaining relevant information and providing advice and best possible solutions.
• Managing sales orders/quotations, scheduling appointments, following up enquiries, securing orders, and ensuring customer delivery dates are met
• Working closely with and supporting the external sales team to identify opportunities both within our existing client base and with potential new sources of business.
