Job summary

Workshop Recruitment is hiring a Sales Support Assistant for a permanent role in Fareham. The position supports the Sales Director and coordinates with the Italian office, logistics and warehousing to deliver excellent service.

A strong emphasis on CRM, Excel, and process improvement is required; you must drive to the site. The role involves order processing, quotations, contract administration and data reporting across a fast-paced, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales support or sales operations.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sales support activities, including order processing, quotations, and contract administration.
• Maintain and improve CRM systems and sales databases.
• Manage stock and liaise with 3PL partners.
• Identify inefficiencies and document SOPs to streamline processes.
• Act as escalation point for customer queries and liaise with internal teams.
