Get Staffed is recruiting a Sales Administrator for a growing family business in the automotive and heavy machinery sectors. The role is office-based in the UK, offering 39.5 hours per week and a salary between £25,000 and £32,000 depending on experience.

You will handle quotations, process orders by phone and email, and support the sales team to deliver excellent customer service. A minimum of two years in a business admin or customer-facing role is required.

Qualifications

• At least two years experience in a customer-facing role or business admin.
• Confident communication with customers by phone and email.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce customer quotations.
• Process a high volume of orders accurately by telephone and email.
• Maintain relationships with customers and support the sales team.
• Follow up quotations and opportunities to drive sales.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
