Job summary

Workshop Recruitment is seeking an Italian Sales Administrator in Sunbury on Thames. You will support the EMEA Customer Service team, handling orders, quotations, shipment updates and ERP data management for UK and Italian customers.

The role requires fluent Italian and at least 2 years in customer service or administration, with strong attention to detail and good communication skills. Experience with SAP and Salesforce is beneficial. On-site work with competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian language required.
• 2+ years experience in customer service, administration or data entry.
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn ERP and CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce).
• Capable of managing multiple administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, sample requests and internal orders accurately.
• Prepare standard customer quotations and maintenance contract quotations.
• Monitor shipments and provide proactive delivery updates to customers.
• Support delayed or rerouted shipments and prepare dispatch documentation.
• Create and maintain accurate customer information within the ERP system.
• Assist with routine pricing and database updates.
• Provide customers with relevant compliance, quality and product certificates.
• Maintain accurate records and complete daily administrative workflows.
