Job summary

Confidential in Ledbury is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join a growing manufacturing business. You\'ll be the key link from order placement to delivery, using ERP and CRM systems to keep customers informed and ensure a smooth service.

You\'ll build relationships with customers and internal teams, handle queries and complaints, support performance reviews, manage stock with production and planning teams, and drive process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
