You will coordinate order management, customer communication, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Planning, Logistics, Production and Customer Service to ensure smooth order execution.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP ERP (SD module preferred).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent cross-department communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire customer order process from entry to delivery.
• Enter orders in SAP accurately and maintain data.
• Monitor order progress and escalate delays.
• Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Logistics, Production and Customer Service.
• Record complaints and follow up actions in SAP until closure.
• Provide regular order status updates and reports.
• Assist in forecasting, analysis and commercial reporting.
• Support exhibitions, customer visits and events.
• Maintain commercial master data and drive process improvements.
