Job summary

Chester Road Motorcycles is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join our busy team in Deeside. This permanent, full-time role focuses on processing orders, maintaining records, and coordinating with sales and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate will have strong computer literacy, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous automotive or dealership experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role (ideally in a sales, transport, automotive or dealership office) would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Order Processing– Accurately receive, input, and track sales orders using our in-house system (a major focus of the role).
• Maintain up-to-date sales records and customer databases.
• Respond to customer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
• Liaise with internal departments (sales, logistics, etc.) to ensure timely deliveries.
• Register vehicles using the DVLA’s online RAV system.
