Kinly is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst for an initial 6-8 month contract in London or Sunbury-upon-Thames, hybrid working available.

The role focuses on analysing sales performance, forecasting revenue, maintaining reporting, and delivering insights to improve commercial outcomes. Collaboration across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations is essential to drive data-led decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven sales analyst experience.
• Strong analytics and the ability to create influential dashboard reporting.
• Deep knowledge of Sales CRMs and the process used by sales teams, including HubSpot and SAP.
• Experience with forecasting, data analysis and interpretation.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel with pivot tables and custom reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyse sales performance data and identify trends.
• Monitor KPIs, conversion rates, win/loss ratios, and pipeline health.
• Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
• Provide recommendations to improve sales effectiveness.
• Support CRM management, data integrity and reporting dashboards.
