Job summary

SafeContractor in Cardiff, UK, is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to drive commercial performance across the UK Supply Chain Contractor Management division. You will analyze performance, forecast revenue, manage commission schemes and ensure CRM data quality to enable informed, evidence-based decisions.

You will collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional teams, leveraging Power BI, SQL and automation to improve forecasting accuracy and reporting. Hybrid work arranged.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Commercial Analytics or BI.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience creating forecasts, commercial models and performance analysis.
• CRM experience (Dynamics 365 or Salesforce).
• Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience with Power BI and SQL.
• Experience with pipeline governance and forecasting processes.
• Experience in subscription/recurring revenue environments.
• Familiarity with automation tools (Power Automate, Copilot).
• Degree-level qualification and prior Revenue Operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze commercial performance across marketing, BD, onboarding, account management and renewals.
• Build and maintain revenue forecasts and monitor pipeline health.
• Own and administer commercial commission schemes.
• Monitor CRM adoption and data quality; improve reporting governance.
• Produce executive-level insights and reporting for decision-making.
