Job summary

HR GO Recruitment in Holywell is seeking a highly organised Customer Orders Coordinator to manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery, working closely with customers and internal teams. You will process orders using SAP, keep records accurate, meet deadlines, and support KPI targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders using SAP, ensuring accuracy and deadlines.
• Liaise with customers to provide updates and resolve queries.
• Coordinate with Planning, Production, Sales and internal departments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor customer requirements and expedite urgent orders.
• Raise and manage customer complaints in SAP, coordinating with Customer Care for resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records and complete general administrative duties.
• Support KPI targets and continuous improvement initiatives.
