The role blends customer service, order management and operational support for an electronics/tech SME serving international blue-chip customers. You will handle orders, provide delivery updates, coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Logistics and suppliers, and contribute to reporting and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in Sales Administration/Order Management.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proficient IT skills including ERP and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and manage order books.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide delivery updates.
• Liaise with Sales, Purchasing, Logistics and suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Prepare quotations, reports and customer documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer, product and pricing data within ERP systems.
• Support customer issue resolution, reporting and continuous improvement activities.
