The role combines customer service, order management and cross-functional support across Sales, Purchasing, Logistics and Finance. 35-hour week with flexi-time, £27,000 - £34,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in Sales Administration, Internal Sales, Customer Service, Customer Operations or Order Management.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good IT skills, including ERP/business systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Processing customer orders and managing order books.
• Handling customer enquiries and providing delivery updates.
• Liaising with Sales, Purchasing, Logistics and suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Preparing quotations, reports and customer documentation.
• Maintaining accurate customer, product and pricing data within ERP systems.
• Supporting customer issue resolution, reporting and continuous improvement activities.
