Sales Office Manager - Pipe and Climate - Birmingham West Bromwich

Role Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a safe working environment.
  • Build a motivated and engaged team focused on meeting targets.
  • Communicate daily with the team on performance.
  • Lead and coach the team.
  • Conduct monthly 1-2-1 meetings with direct reports.
  • Deputize for the General or Branch Manager when needed.
  • Respond to price enquiries and quote requests.
  • Develop relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Utilize systems to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Achieve revenue, gross profit, and sales margin targets.
  • Maximize transaction value through contracts, preferred suppliers, and add-on sales.
  • Analyze branch reports to identify sales opportunities.
  • Reduce branch and company debtor days.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Transport, and Warehouse Managers to improve operations.
  • Help reduce operational costs through effective communication.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Proven sales team leadership experience.
  • Encouraging and coaching management style.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical and IT literate.
  • Tenacious, proactive, motivating, and a good listener.
