Job summary

Pear Recruitment is seeking a motivated Sales Negotiator for their busy Uxbridge branch. You will generate new business, build relationships with buyers and sellers, and guide applicants through property viewings and negotiations with professionalism and energy.

This role offers a basic salary of £22,000–£25,000 plus commission OTE £40,000–£45,000. Hours are Monday to Friday 9am–6pm, with alternate Saturdays 9am–2pm.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and build relationships with buyers and sellers.
• Register, qualify, and match applicants with suitable properties.

• Follow up leads and enquiries to maximise sales opportunities.
• Negotiate offers and manage the sales process through to completion.
• Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisers, surveyors and other stakeholders.
• Provide regular client updates and maintain CRM records.

Our client, an award-winning independent estate agency based in Uxbridge, is looking for a motivated and driven Sales Negotiator to join their successful team.

As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in generating new business and maximising every opportunity. You will build strong relationships with vendors and buyers, provide excellent customer service and contribute to the continued success of the branch.

The Role

• Generate new business opportunities and build strong relationships with buyers and sellers.
• Register, qualify, and match applicants with suitable properties.
• Arrange and conduct viewings, providing exceptional customer service.
• Follow up leads and enquiries to maximise sales opportunities.
• Negotiate offers and manage the sales process through to completion.
• Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisers, surveyors, and other stakeholders.
• Provide regular client updates and ensure excellent communication throughout.
• Ensure offers are financially qualified, accurately presented, and confirmed in writing.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while contributing to branch growth.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, including applicant details, feedback, and sales progression.
