Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and build relationships with buyers and sellers.
• Register, qualify, and match applicants with suitable properties.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings with a high level of service.
• Follow up leads to maximise sales opportunities.
• Negotiate offers and manage the sales process through to completion.
• Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisers, surveyors and other stakeholders.
• Provide regular client updates and maintain excellent communication.
• Ensure offers are financially qualified and written clearly.
• Aim to achieve personal and team sales targets and grow the branch.
• Maintain CRM records with applicant details, feedback and progression.
