Pear Recruitment in Harrow is seeking an experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join our growing property team. The role requires a valid UK driving licence and a proactive, professional approach to property sales and lettings.

You will manage buyers and tenants, conduct viewings, negotiate offers and build lasting relationships with clients, with a basic salary of £25,000–£30,000 plus uncapped OTE £35,000–£60,000.

Formación

• 1 year of experience in sales or lettings.
• Full UK driving licence and own car.
• Professional presentation and strong client-facing skills.

• Registering, qualifying and managing prospective buyers and tenants.
• Arranging and conducting professional property viewings.
• Following up with applicants after viewings and negotiating offers.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, landlords, buyers and tenants.
• Matching applicants with suitable properties based on requirements.
• Maintaining regular communication with clients throughout the sales and lettings process.
• Identifying new business opportunities to support growth.
• Working towards branch targets and delivering excellent customer service.

Pear Recruitment - Sales & Lettings Negotiator

Location - Harrow

Basic Salary - £25,000 - £30,000 OTE £35,000 - £60,000 + Uncapped

Hours - Mon -Fri 9am to 5.30pm Alternate Saturdays 10am to 3pm, half day off in the week.

Full UK Driving Licence and own car required -Car allowance

Duties

• Working towards and consistently achieving individual and branch targets
• Delivering an exceptional level of customer service throughout the entire customer journey
• Working collaboratively with the wider team to maximise opportunities and grow the lettings portfolio
