A fantastic position has become available for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join our rapidly growing department based in Ringwood. Reporting to the Sales & Lettings Manager, the Sales Negotiator will be responsible for managing the end to end sales process of retirement apartments across the country.

This role is perfect for a motivated, successful, and experienced Negotiator who is looking to join a forward thinking, supportive company with a strong desire for expansion. Our new colleague will be able to communicate effectively, be driven to achieve and exceed targets, and willing to go the extra mile to support our buyers and sellers.
You will have excellent computer skills, be able to manage and prioritise your workload at all times and be self-motivated.
Previous property experience is essential for this role, as is a demonstrable knowledge of current legislation. Full training and support will be given, as will the opportunity to gain professional qualifications.
