Churchill Sales & Lettings is a highly successful and progressive national retirement estate and letting agency, part of the Churchill Retirement Living group. We have exciting growth plans and are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Negotiator to join us. This is an office-based position, Monday to Friday.

About the role

Due to expansion, a fantastic opportunity has become available for two experienced Sales Negotiators to join our growing department in Ringwood. Reporting to the Sales & Lettings Manager, you will manage the end-to-end sales process of retirement apartments nationwide.

Responsibilities include:

• Generating, booking, and conducting market appraisals
• Arranging and following up on viewings
• Negotiating the best possible price for vendors
• Updating vendors on marketing progress
• Assisting with marketing literature
• Collaborating with Lodge Managers and Contractors to generate business
• Communicating the lifestyle benefits of Retirement Living
• Preparing marketing brochures
• Performing other duties as assigned by the Sales & Lettings Manager

Office hours are Monday to Thursday, 09:00 to 17:30, and Friday, 09:00 to 17:00, with no weekends.

About You

This role suits a motivated, successful, and experienced Sales or Lettings Negotiator eager to join a forward-thinking, supportive company with growth ambitions. You should communicate effectively, be target-driven, and willing to support buyers and sellers proactively.

You must have excellent computer skills, manage your workload efficiently, and be self-motivated. Previous property experience and knowledge of current legislation are essential. Full training and support, including professional qualifications, will be provided.
