Are you looking to kickstart your career in Property? Do you have excellent customer service and are looking to develop your professional skillset?

Juice is thrilled to be supporting a successful and well-established estate agency based in Westbury, in their search for a Sales Negotiator to join their friendly team.

You will act as the first point of contact for the agency managing clients face-to-face, over the phone, and electronically. Full training will be provided, with a focus on career development and an environment that enables you to excel.

DAY TO DAY:

• Managing sales enquiries, through telephone, face-to-face, email, and online
• Arranging appointments and bookings with both clients and consultants
• Identifying opportunities to upsell products, and services to generate new businesses
• Ensuring clients receive the best service, keeping in regular communication with them through liaising with relevant sales negotiators
• Conducting accompanied viewings
• Attracting potential clients, understanding their requirements, and creating new listings.
• Building your market knowledge
• Generating new business in a target-driven environment
• Handling tenancy applications from the point of offer to completion

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

• Experience in a Customer Service / Admin position is advantageous but not essential
• A passion for property
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Great attention to detail
• Highly organised with brilliant time management
• A full driving licence will be required and access to your own car to carry out viewings
