Job summary

GCB Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator for an award-winning independent property services company in Crayford. This role offers a £25,000 base plus a generous commission with £40,000–£45,000 OTE in the first year.

You will manage enquiries, arrange viewings, build client relationships, negotiate offers and drive branch growth in a fast-paced environment. A full UK driving licence is essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience within estate agency or a related property sales role.
• Proactive, commercially minded with client-first focus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car are essential.

Responsibilities

We're recruiting for an ambitious and motivated Sales Negotiator to join a highly respected and award-winning independent property services company in Crayford.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional looking to develop their career within a successful, fast-paced and competitive environment. You'll be joining an established team of property professionals, with the opportunity to earn a strong OTE in your first year.

The Role

As a Sales Negotiator, you will:

• Manage enquiries from prospective buyers and register applicants
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors and clients
• Negotiate offers and help progress sales through to completion
• Identify opportunities to generate new business and support branch growth
• Maintain excellent levels of customer service throughout the sales process
• Ensure all activities comply with relevant industry regulations and requirements
• Work towards individual and branch sales targets
• Contribute to the success and reputation of the business through a professional and proactive approach
• Work collaboratively with an experienced team to achieve outstanding results

Sales Negotiator Requirements

• 2 years' experience within estate agency or a related property sales role
• A target-driven and commercially minded approach, while always prioritising client needs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
• A proactive, enthusiastic and energetic attitude
• Understanding of relevant property industry regulations and compliance requirements
• A desire to progress within an established and award-winning company
• Knowledge of the local area would be advantageous
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car are essential
• Lettings experience would be beneficial but is not essential
