Sales Negotiator Estate Agency £30,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission

Experienced in residential estate agency and passionate about sales, negotiation, and delivering outstanding customer service?

We're recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join a well-established and successful estate agency in Potters Bar. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious property professional with a proven track record in sales, looking to maximise their earning potential and develop their career within a growing business.

The Role

As a Sales Negotiator, you will:

• Generate new business opportunities and build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and prospective clients


• Register, qualify, and match applicants to suitable properties


• Arrange and conduct property viewings, delivering an exceptional customer experience


• Follow up enquiries and proactively convert leads into sales opportunities


• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful outcomes


• Progress sales through to completion, liaising with all parties involved


• Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them updated throughout the sales process


• Work closely with solicitors, mortgage advisors, surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions


• Financially qualify offers and confirm all details accurately in writing


• Achieve individual and team sales targets


• Maintain accurate CRM systems and property records

Sales Negotiator Requirements

• Proven experience within residential estate agency


• A track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results


• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills


• Excellent customer service and client management abilities


• Self-motivated, target-driven, and enthusiastic, with a proactive approach to generating business


• Organised, professional, and able to manage a busy workload


• High standards of personal presentation and customer care


• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
