Job summary

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with buyers and vendors.

• Conduct accompanied viewings.

The Role

As a Sales Negotiator, you will:

• Build strong relationships with buyers and vendors
• Register new buyers and maintain accurate customer records
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Proactively contact buyers regarding new properties
• Generate new valuation opportunities
• Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
• Conduct accompanied viewings

Sales Negotiator Requirements

• Previous Estate Agency experience
• Sales experience within property is desirable
• Experience in lettings will also be considered for candidates looking to transition into sales
