You will work to achieve individual and team targets, manage viewings, and coordinate with solicitors and mortgage advisors to ensure smooth transactions while maintaining accurate CRM records.

• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to close deals.
• Progress sales through to completion and liaise with solicitors and mortgage advisors.

We're recruiting for a Sales Negotiatorto join a well-established and successful estate agency in Potters Bar. The Role

As a Sales Negotiator, you will:

• Generate new business opportunities and build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and prospective clients
• Register, qualify, and match applicants to suitable properties
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Follow up enquiries and proactively convert leads into sales opportunities
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful outcomes
• Progress sales through to completion, liaising with all parties involved
• Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them updated throughout the sales process
• Work closely with solicitors, mortgage advisors, surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions
• Financially qualify offers and confirm all details accurately in writing
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Maintain accurate CRM systems and property records
