Job summary

GCB Recruitment is seeking a Sales Negotiator for an independent estate agency in Great Yarmouth. If you enjoy building relationships, generating new business and maximizing commission earnings, this role offers a £23,000 base salary with an OTE of £35,000 and a performance-based commission structure.

You will register buyers, arrange valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers and deliver outstanding customer service while driving sales targets in a high-energy environment.

We're recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join a successful and well-established independent estate agency in Great Yarmouth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, sales-focused individual who enjoys building relationships, generating new business and maximising commission earnings. With minimal administration, you'll be able to focus on negotiating deals, booking valuations and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The Role

As a Sales Negotiator, you will:

• Register buyers and match them with suitable properties

Sales Negotiator Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent or within a target-driven sales environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Confident and proactive telephone manner
• Driven, resilient and self-motivated attitude
• Commercially minded, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets
• Passion for property sales and delivering outstanding customer service
