Our client, a prominent provider of equipment and training for work at height, is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Manager to spearhead growth and uphold their brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities
  • New Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding existing client accounts.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and implement effective sales and marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Digital Presence: Oversee social media strategies, website management, and digital advertising to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Marketing Activities: Design simple yet effective marketing initiatives that drive results and engagement.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and capitalise on new opportunities.

Competence Required
