Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Sales, Marketing & Data Analyst in Colchester. You’ll be the central data and insight owner for marketing, sales and leadership, guiding pricing, campaigns and strategy across UK regions.

Expect a blend of hands-on data work and close collaboration with commercial teams, with hybrid options after onboarding. You’ll build KPI dashboards, forecast models and campaign analyses, shaping a new CRM hub and driving action from insights across multiple product lines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial, sales or marketing analytics with evidence of influencing decisions.
• Strong data interrogation, forecasting and KPI tracking experience.
• Proven ability to create dashboards and insightful briefs for senior teams.

Responsibilities

• Own data and insights for marketing, commercial and leadership teams.
• Build forecasting models, measure campaigns and customer journeys.
• Develop dashboards in Power BI/Tableau/Looker Studio and shape the CRM hub.
• Identify opportunities and persuade stakeholders to act on insights.
