Zero Surplus in Colchester is seeking a Sales, Marketing & Data Analyst to be the central data and insight voice for pricing, sales campaigns and strategy across UK regions. You'll work with the marketing, commercial and senior leadership teams to turn raw data into actionable insight from a single CRM hub.

This is a 40/60 split between hands-on analysis and partnering with commercial teams. You'll build forecasting models, KPIs, and dashboards in Power BI, Tableau or Looker Studio, and help

Formación

• 1–5 years in a commercial, sales or marketing analytics role, ideally B2B, e-commerce, consumer services or agency
• Able to demonstrate analysis that changes decisions, not just reports
• Advanced Excel with pivot tables and data modelling capabilities
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau or Looker Studio and familiarity with CRM data (Salesforce or Dynamics 365)
• Forecasting and campaign measurement experience is highly valued

Responsabilidades

• Be the central data and insight owner for marketing, commercial and leadership teams
• Track KPIs, build forecasting models, measure campaign performance and customer journeys
• Build dashboards in Power BI, Tableau or Looker Studio and help shape the new CRM hub with IT
• Identify opportunities and persuade commercial teams to act on insights
