Job summary

Datatech Analytics is seeking a Senior Insight Analyst in Central London. The role focuses on shaping regional strategy across EMEA by analysing customer needs, behaviours and preferences to drive data-led decisions and growth.

You will lead CRM and personalisation initiatives, manage reporting and forecasting, and collaborate with stakeholders across functions to translate complex data into meaningful insights that enhance customer experience and commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in customer analytics, business analytics or a related analytical position.
• Strong ability to communicate complex analytical findings clearly to a range of audiences.
• A curious, commercially minded approach with an interest in customer behaviour and driving business performance.
• Experience in fast-moving, collaborative environments with ability to contribute to team development.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills to translate insights into decisions.
• Advanced SQL capability for querying large datasets.
• Proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis and modeling.
• Familiarity with Databricks, Snowpark or Airflow and BI tools like Power BI/Tableau.
• Experience with digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) would be beneficial.
