Sales Manager (Trade Success)
Salary £40,000 to £56,000 (dependent on experience)
Hybrid - London / Folkestone - Travel for this role will be required
We are seeking an exceptional Sales Manager (Trade Success) to join our team and help deliver our ambitious travel agency strategy. You are an industry-leading sales professional with strong relationship-building skills and a relentless drive to achieve sales goals by supporting our travel agent partners. You will motivate and challenge your team and internal partners to ensure Titan Travel is the best in class. Your focus is on flawless service and making Titan Travel the first choice for our travel agent partners. The Sales Manager (Trade Success) is a key role within the trade sales channel. You will be a primary contact for our travel agent partners, working closely with marketing, contact center, and operations to create processes that enhance Titan Travel's reputation and industry-leading trade NPS score. You will lead a team of three Training & Development Executives responsible for educating and motivating our partners to sell Titan Travel. The team will also manage account performance and drive KPIs such as online usage, product mix, and ASP.
