Sales Manager (Trade Success)
Salary £40,000 to £56,000 (dependent on experience)
Hybrid - London / Folkestone -- Travel for this role will be required

The Sales Manager (Trade Success) is a key role within the trade sales channel, serving as a primary contact for our travel agent partners. Working closely with marketing, contact center, and operations, your solution-focused mindset will develop processes that enhance Titan Travel’s reputation, aiming for industry-leading trade NPS scores. You will lead a team of three Training & Development Executives responsible for educating and motivating our partners to sell Titan Travel effectively. The team will also manage account performance and drive key KPIs like online usage, product mix, and ASP.
