Salary £40,000 to £56,000 (dependent on experience)

Hybrid - London / Folkestone -- Travel for this role will be required

We are searching for an exceptional Sales Manager (Trade Success) to join our team to help us deliver our redefined and ambitious travel agency strategy. Role Overview

The Sales Manager (Trade Success) is a key role within the trade sales channel, serving as a primary contact for our travel agent partners. Working closely with marketing, contact center, and operations, your solution-focused mindset will develop processes that enhance Titan Travel’s reputation, aiming for industry-leading trade NPS scores. You will lead a team of three Training & Development Executives responsible for educating and motivating our partners to sell Titan Travel effectively. The team will also manage account performance and drive key KPIs like online usage, product mix, and ASP.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Account Management: Act as an ambassador for Titan Travel, ensuring high product/sector knowledge and managing strategic accounts effectively.
  2. Team Strategy: Create and own the field team strategy, providing tools and support for success.
  3. Process Improvement: Manage trade inquiries, identify training needs, and collaborate with teams to enhance processes.
  4. Training & Development: Develop training plans and manage relationships with key partners like Tipto, ATAS, & Travel Gossip.
  5. Engagement & Campaigns: Drive participation in Titan Rewards, develop trade campaigns, and monitor competitor activity.
  6. Execution & Relationship Management: Deliver on promises, track ROI, and build trust with accounts.
  7. Leadership: Lead and support the field team of three Training & Development Executives, ensuring they are equipped to meet targets.
Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will have:

  • 5+ years in trade sales or account management roles
  • Experience in people leadership
  • Travel industry or travel agency experience (advantage)
  • Strategic thinking and excellent communication skills
  • Sales-driven, commercially savvy, and innovative
  • Ability to partner with stakeholders and identify opportunities
  • Cost management skills
