Job description

SYR is working with a renowned brand in the superyacht industry, seeking to appoint a Sales Manager.

This role operates within the yacht coatings and paint sector. The company has experienced solid growth and now aims to focus more on operational aspects by hiring a commercial professional to generate new leads and business opportunities.

The Sales Manager will report to the business owner and will be responsible for:

  • Representing the business at shows and events globally
  • Setting and tracking targets for business development
  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Gathering customer information to generate quotations
  • Inputting data into the company CRM to monitor progress
  • Acting as an ambassador for the business
  • Driving and generating leads through social media content

The ideal candidate will have experience and an existing network within the luxury yachting sector, particularly in new build or refit projects. A strong contact book will enable targeted lead generation and conversion.

The role offers autonomy, extensive travel, and growth opportunities, both financially and in team development as sales expand.

This is considered a remote role, but the ability to travel easily within Europe without visa restrictions is essential.
