Job Description:

SYR is working with a reputable brand in the superyacht industry seeking a Sales Manager.

The company operates in yacht coatings and paint, with a history of solid growth. The current focus is on operational management, with the new Sales Manager responsible for generating leads and expanding business.

Reporting to the owner, key duties include:

  • Representing the business at international shows and events
  • Setting and tracking targets for business development
  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Gathering customer information for quotations
  • Inputting data into the CRM system to monitor progress
  • Acting as a business ambassador
  • Driving lead generation through social media content

The ideal candidate will have experience and a network within the luxury yachting sector, particularly in new build or refit projects. A well-established contact list will enable effective lead targeting and conversion.

This autonomous role involves extensive travel and offers growth opportunities aligned with success, including potential to develop a sales team as the business expands.

The position is considered remote, but the candidate must be able to travel easily within Europe without visa restrictions.
