Job Description:

SYR is working with a renowned brand in the superyacht industry seeking to appoint a Sales Manager.

This company operates in yacht coatings and paint, experiencing solid growth. The owner now wishes to focus more on operational aspects and is hiring a commercial professional to generate new leads and business.

Reporting to the business owner, the role includes:

  • Representing the business at global shows and events
  • Setting and tracking targets for business development
  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Gathering customer information to generate quotations
  • Entering data into the CRM to track progress
  • Acting as an ambassador for the business
  • Driving and generating leads through social media content

The ideal candidate has experience and a network within the luxury yachting sector, preferably at the new build or refit level. A strong contact book will enable targeted lead generation and conversion.

This is an autonomous role with extensive travel, offering growth opportunities both financially and in developing a sales team as sales expand.

The role is considered remote, but the ability to travel easily within Europe without visa requirements is essential.
