Job description

SYR is working with a renowned brand in the superyacht industry seeking to appoint a Sales Manager.

This role focuses on yacht coatings and paint, with the company having experienced solid growth. The current owner wants to focus more on operational aspects and is hiring a commercial professional to generate new leads and business.

The Sales Manager will report to the owner and have the following responsibilities:

  • Represent the company at shows and events globally
  • Set and track targets for business development
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Gather customer information to generate quotations
  • Input data into the CRM to monitor progress towards sales
  • Act as a brand ambassador
  • Drive lead generation through social media content

The ideal candidate has experience and a network within the luxury yachting sector, particularly at the new build or refit level. A well-established contact list will enable targeted lead generation and conversion.

The role offers autonomy, extensive travel, and growth opportunities, both financially and through team development as sales expand.

This is a remote position with the requirement for easy travel within Europe and no visa restrictions.
