Job Description:

SYR is working with a renowned brand in the superyacht industry seeking a Sales Manager.

This company specializes in yacht coatings and paint, experiencing solid growth. The current owner wants to focus more on operations and is hiring a commercial professional to generate new leads and business.

Reporting to the owner, responsibilities include:

  • Representing the business at global shows and events
  • Setting and tracking targets for business development
  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Gathering customer information for quotations
  • Inputting data into the CRM to monitor progress
  • Acting as a business ambassador
  • Generating leads via social media content

The ideal candidate has experience and a network within the luxury yachting sector, especially in new build or refit projects. A contacts book of industry contacts will help generate valuable leads.

This autonomous role involves extensive travel and offers growth opportunities both financially and in team development as sales increase.

The role is primarily remote, but the candidate must be able to travel easily within Europe without visa restrictions.
