Job description

SYR is working with a renowned brand in the superyacht industry that is looking to appoint a Sales Manager.

This role involves working in yacht coatings and paint, with the company experiencing solid growth. The current owner wants to focus more on operations and is seeking a commercial professional to generate new leads and business.

Reporting to the business owner, the responsibilities include:

  1. Representing the business at global shows and events.
  2. Setting and tracking targets for business development.
  3. Identifying new business opportunities.
  4. Gathering customer information to generate quotations.
  5. Inputting data into the company CRM to track progress.
  6. Acting as an ambassador for the business.
  7. Generating leads through social media content.

The ideal candidate will have experience and an existing network within the luxury yachting sector, particularly at the new build or refit level. A strong contact list will enable targeted lead generation and conversion.

The position offers autonomy, extensive travel, and growth opportunities, both financially and in team development, as sales expand.

This role is primarily remote but requires the ability to travel easily within Europe without visa restrictions.
