Job summary

Park's Motor Group in Elgin seeks a Sales Manager to build relationships with customers and lead the sales team. You will drive performance, deliver excellent service and develop your career within a reputable company.

The role requires leadership, commercial acumen and a track record in achieving budgets and CSI; IT literacy (Kerridge desirable) and a proactive management style are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in the retail motor industry.
• Drive, ambition and excellent leadership skills.
• High level of commercial acumen and knowledge of the motor industry.
• Proven track record in maximizing financial objectives (budget, sales, profit, CSI).
• Ability to maximize volume and profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Excellent written, analytical and numerical skills.
• Proactive management style that reinforces corporate values.
• IT literate; Kerridge knowledge desirable.

As a Park's Motor Group Sales Manager, you will be a dynamic and forward thinking professional as you build ongoing relationships with our customers and your team. As Sales Manager you will receive:

The right person will:

• Have a minimum of 2-years relevant experience in the retail motor industry.
• Have drive, ambition and excellent leadership skills.
• Be able to demonstrate a high level of commercial acumen, along with knowledge of the motor industry.
• Be able to demonstrate a proven track record in maximising financial objectives, including the ability to work towards targets relating to budget, sales, profit and CSI.
• Have the ability to maximise both volume and profitability whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Have excellent written, analytical and numerical skills.
• Have a proactive management style that reinforces the corporate values.
• Be IT literate (knowledge of Kerridge would be desirable).
