Job summary

Park's Motor Group is seeking a dynamic McLaren Sales Manager in Leeds. You will build strong relationships with customers and lead the sales team to achieve targets while delivering outstanding service.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in retail motor, leadership ability, and a strong commercial mindset. Ideally you are IT literate with Kerridge knowledge and a proactive management style that reflects our values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in the retail motor industry.
• Strong leadership and drive with excellent customer service.
• Proven ability to maximise financial objectives, including budget, sales, profit and CSI.
• High level of commercial acumen with knowledge of the motor industry.
• Proven written, analytical and numerical skills.
• Proactive management style aligned with corporate values.

As a McLaren Sales Manager, you will be a dynamic and forward thinking professional as you build ongoing relationships with our customers and your team. If you are a experienced Sales Manager, who can offer excellent customer service, then we can offer you an exciting opportunity to join our successful Sales team in Leeds.

The right person will:

• Have a minimum of 2-years relevant experience in the retail motor industry.
• Have drive, ambition and excellent leadership skills.
• Be able to demonstrate a high level of commercial acumen, along with knowledge of the motor industry.
• Be able to demonstrate a proven track record in maximising financial objectives, including the ability to work towards targets relating to budget, sales, profit and CSI.
• Have the ability to maximise both volume and profitability whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Have excellent written, analytical and numerical skills.
• Have a proactive management style that reinforces the corporate values.
• Be IT literate (knowledge of Kerridge would be desirable).
