Job summary

Park’s Motor Group in Dumfries is seeking a Trainee Sales Executive to support customers from first contact to handover of the keys and to build lasting relationships. You will join our friendly sales teams and benefit from bespoke training to develop your career in a family-run business.

The role offers an uncapped OTE around £50k with a company vehicle and a 5-day working week, plus 30 days holiday and full training. Ideal for self-motivated individuals with excellent customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and a customer-first attitude.
• IT literate with the ability to use modern sales tech.
• Full clean UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Support customers through the sales journey from first greeting to handover of keys.
• Build ongoing relationships and deliver outstanding service.
• Participate in the bespoke Sales Training Evaluation Program.
• Work as part of the Park’s Motor Group Sales team in Dumfries.

As a Trainee Sales Executive at Park’s Motor Group, you will be geared up for every aspect of the customer experience. From the first hello to handing over the keys, you will support the customer’s needs as you build ongoing relationships.
