Job summary

Park's Coatbridge is seeking a dynamic Business Manager to lead the team, build ongoing customer relationships and drive sales. You will facilitate the sale of finance and insurance products while delivering outstanding customer service and a high standard of professionalism within a franchised dealership.

Reporting to the General Manager and Brand Franchise Manager, you will monitor department performance, manage MI, and develop staff to realise their potential, with an industry-leading

• Report to General Manager & Brand Franchise Manager.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Consumer Duty.

The right person will be required:

• To facilitate the sale of finance and insurance products for customers.
• To ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
• Meeting with or speaking to all customers who are in the process of purchasing a new or used vehicle in order to qualify their eligibility and suitability of available products.
• Monitors overall department performance.
• To deliver customer service and support in line with Consumer Duty and to Treat Customers Fairly.
• Maintain and develop good relationships with customers by meeting and exceeding their expectations.
• Collect relevant Management Information (MI).
• Ensures that all Park’s Motor Group policies and objectives are followed.
• To complete and maintain their required training at all times.
• Report to General Manager & Brand Franchise Manager.
