Job summary

Park's Motor Group in Inverness is seeking a dynamic Business Manager to build lasting relationships with customers and the team, driving sales of finance and insurance products while delivering outstanding service.

You will lead the LEPAS team, meet business plan objectives, manage customer queries, monitor department performance, and report to senior management with clear progression within a reputable company.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive finance and insurance product sales is beneficial.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead a team and develop staff performance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the sale of finance and insurance products to customers.
• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction across all interactions.
• Meet with or speak to customers purchasing vehicles to qualify needs and present suitable products.
• Present additional insurance products where appropriate via SDN.
• Monitor department performance and achieve business plan objectives.
• Ensure compliance with TCF objectives and processes.
• Maintain relationships with customers by exceeding expectations and resolving issues.
• Collect Management Information and report to leadership.
• Follow Park’s Motor Group policies and objectives and guard against financial crime.
• Ensure relevant training is carried out and report to General Manager / Group Business Manager / Group Sales Director.

As a Business Manager at Park's Motor Group, you will be a dynamic and forward thinking professional as you build ongoing relationships with our customers and your team. The right person will be required:

• To facilitate the sale of finance and insurance products for customers.
• To ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
• Meeting with or speaking to all customers who are in the process of purchasing a new or used vehicle in order to qualify their needs and requirements and to present the most suitable product solutions (also to undertake the Demands and Needs Statement).
• Presents additional insurance products to customers (if suitable via Statement of Demands and Needs (SDN)).
• Monitors overall department performance.
• Achieve Park’s business plan objectives.
• Ensure that TCF objectives & process are carried out thoroughly.
• Maintain and develop good relationships with customers by meeting and exceeding their expectations.
• Manages customer problems, complaints and difficult situations in relation to insurance and finance products, consequently resolving the issue to mutual satisfaction of the customer and Park’s Motor Group.
• Collect relevant Management Information (MI).
• Ensures that all Park’s Motor Group policies and objectives are followed.
• Continually observing for instances of financial crime (Money Laundering & Fraud).
• Ensure that all relevant training is carried out.
• Report to General Manager & Group Business Manager & Group Sales Director.
