Job summary

Park's Motor Group in Irvine is seeking a dynamic Business Manager to build ongoing relationships with our customers and your team. If you are a self-motivated leader, who can offer excellent customer service, then we can offer you an exciting opportunity to join our successful team in Irvine.

You will lead with a customer-focused approach, manage finance and insurance product discussions, monitor performance, and develop opportunities for growth within a reputable multi-franchise dealership.

Qualifications

• Facilitate the sale of finance and insurance products for customers.
• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Meet with customers purchasing vehicles to assess needs and present suitable solutions (SDN).
• Present additional insurance products where appropriate.
• Monitor department performance and achieve business plan objectives.
• Ensure that TCF objectives & processes are carried out thoroughly.
• Maintain and develop good relationships with customers by meeting and exceeding expectations.
• Manage customer problems/complaints regarding insurance and finance products.
• Collect relevant Management Information (MI).
• Ensure company policies and objectives are followed.
• Observe for financial crime (Money Laundering & Fraud).
• Ensure that all relevant training is carried out.

Responsibilities

The right person will be required:

• To facilitate the sale of finance and insurance products for customers.
• To ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
• Meeting with or speaking to all customers who are in the process of purchasing a new or used vehicle in order to qualify their needs and requirements and to present the most suitable product solutions (also to undertake the Demands and Needs Statement).
• Presents additional insurance products to customers (if suitable via Statement of Demands and Needs (SDN)).
• Monitors overall department performance.
• Achieve Park’s business plan objectives.
• Ensure that TCF objectives & process are carried out thoroughly.
• Maintain and develop good relationships with customers by meeting and exceeding their expectations.
• Manages customer problems, complaints and difficult situations in relation to insurance and finance products, consequently resolving the issue to mutual satisfaction of the customer and Park’s Motor Group.
• Collect relevant Management Information (MI).
• Ensures that all Park’s Motor Group policies and objectives are followed.
• Continually observing for instances of financial crime (Money Laundering & Fraud).
• Ensure that all relevant training is carried out.
• Report to General Manager & Group Business Manager & Group Sales Director.
