Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and coach a high-performing sales team at our Dartford club. You will drive member sales, oversee performance metrics, and shape strategies to exceed monthly targets, while ensuring an outstanding prospect journey and member experience.

The role requires evenings, weekends and public holidays as needed, with uncapped commission and bonus opportunities. A passion for health and fitness and strong leadership are essential for success.
