Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a Sales Consultant in Milton Keynes. The role focuses on proactive outreach to prospective members, driving uncapped commissions, and delivering a premium on-boarding and after-care experience in a busy club environment.

You will work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required, with opportunities for career development through internal training and benefits program.

Qualifications

• Ability to hit targets and manage daily admin tasks.
• Interest in health and fitness and helping members.
• Self-motivated with initiative to deliver quality sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and onboard new members through inbound/outbound calls and in-person interactions.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and maintain premium member experience.
• Onboard new members ensuring they receive premium after-care service.
• Represent the club in evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
