David-Lloyd-Clubs in Bristol is seeking a passionate Sales Manager to mentor and lead a team of sales consultants. You will drive the prospect journey, deliver a top-notch member experience, and ensure monthly new member sales targets are met.

This role requires an ability to analyse club sales data and feedback to shape strategies. Expect evening, weekend and public holiday work, plus a supportive environment with uncapped commissions, an annual bonus, and free family club membership.
