Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in Norwich is seeking a driven Sales Consultant to join our health and wellness team. In this role you will mainly phone prospect members, promote our premium clubs and drive membership sales while delivering a high standard of service.

You will also showcase our clubs in person, support onboarding new members, and help the team hit sales targets. The role requires working evenings, weekends and public holidays as needed, with uncapped commission and family membership perks.

• Strong administrative and organisational capabilities.
• Passion for health and fitness to engage members.

Responsibilities

• Make calls to prospective members to promote club memberships.
• Onboard new members to ensure a premium onboarding experience.
• Drive individual and team sales targets and contribute to club targets.
• Showcase clubs in person to inspire potential members.
• Support after-care and member engagement, including working evenings and weekends.
