David Lloyd Clubs in Basildon is seeking a Sales Manager to mentor and lead a team of sales consultants, delivering an exceptional prospect journey and member experience. You will challenge, plan, and inspire the team to hit monthly new member targets and analyze club performance data to drive data-informed decisions.

You will a nal yse your clubs sales data, performance metrics, and over all member feedback to make data-informed decisions that optimize team strategies.

Please be aware this role includes working evenings, weekends and public holidays as required .
