Eastern Western Motor Group is seeking a Sales Manager for Toyota Edinburgh West in Edinburgh. The role carries a £40,000 base with OTE up to £60,000, reflecting sales performance and incentives.

This leadership position focuses on driving sales strategy, market research, and outstanding customer care while managing inventory, staff, and compliant administration within a respected Scottish automotive group.

Responsabilidades

• Sales Strategy & Market Research: Develop and implement effective sales, merchandising, and promotional plans, based on ongoing market research to assess product and service trends.
• Team Management & Development: Oversee colleague engagement, job descriptions, training, and health & safety, ensuring effective team performance and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Inventory & Financial Control: Manage vehicle inventory and purchase used vehicles within stock limits, maintaining regular inspections and controlling expenses to achieve profitability.
• Customer Care & Service Excellence: Foster a culture of customer care in the Sales department, ensuring a consistently high level of service for all customers.
• Administrative Efficiency & Compliance: Ensure smooth administration systems, oversee invoicing, manage headcount plans, and consult with the General Manager on legal contracts and performance targets.
