Eastern Western Motor Group is seeking a Business Manager for Volkswagen Edinburgh East to lead finance and insurance sales, meet targets and drive customer satisfaction. This role focuses on selling finance, insurance and ancillary products, completing documentation to high standards, and building relationships with alternative finance sources to support the dealership.

The successful candidate will train the sales team, prepare monthly reviews and help the sales team achieve their business

• Sales & business development: Sell finance, insurance and ancillary products to car purchasers, meeting set targets while prospecting for new business opportunities.
• Documentation & record keeping: Accurately complete documentation within legal and company standards, and maintain records of car sales, F&I performance, and payments.
• Customer service & relationship management: Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers, managing settlement inquiries and establishing relationships with alternative finance sources.
• Training & team support: Train Sales teams on product awareness, sales techniques, and customer referral strategies to enhance performance.
• Reporting & target management: Prepare monthly finance and insurance reviews, set clear targets for income, and assist in managing the Sales Team to achieve business goals.
